Services We Do Not Offer

For safety reasons and insurance liability, we are unable to provide the following services:

Lifting items weighing over 25 lbs., including moving large furniture
Using ladders or stepping on elevated surfaces for cleaning
Dusting or vacuuming ceilings, windows, or surfaces outside of normal reach
Cleaning outside windows
Cleaning pet messes or heavily soiled areas
Cleaning mold and/or biohazardous material
Steam cleaning
Carpet cleaning
Deep stain removal
Landscaping or yard work cleaning
Garages and patios, excluding basic sweeping when included in the booking
Extermination services
