Please review our booking, cancellation, payment, and service policies before scheduling your cleaning.
Booking and Cancellation Policy
By booking our cleaning services, you agree to pay the quoted price for the services rendered.
Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment will incur a $50 cancellation fee.
No-Show Appointments: No-show appointments will be charged the full service fee.
Your Cleaning Date & Time: All details are sent via email or text, including the frequency and specifics of your cleaning plan.
Approximate Arrival: Traffic and other factors can affect our arrival. We aim to be punctual but appreciate your flexibility for any slight delays.
Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of the cleaning appointment.
We accept payment via credit/debit card or Zelle.
You authorize us to place a hold and charge your credit card for the services provided.
Scope of Services
Our cleaning services include but are not limited to dusting, vacuuming, mopping, surface cleaning, and bathroom/kitchen sanitization.
Additional services that are not part of a standard or maintenance clean, such as interior window cleaning, oven cleaning, and refrigerator cleaning, are available upon request and may incur an additional fee.
Vegas Mop Bosses provides an estimated time frame for standard, deep, and move-in/move-out cleanings. This estimation is based on a standard checklist of cleaning tasks.
If a home has not been cleaned, is dirtier than a maintenance clean, or has not been deep cleaned for a while, a maximum time limit may apply. Our cleaners will prioritize checklist tasks within the allotted time.
We do not handle bug infestations, bodily fluids, or extensive grease or fire damage.
If our staff feels unsafe, we may leave or remove them. In such cases, you are still responsible for the full cost of the cleaning.
Move-in/move-out cleaning does not include garbage hauling or junk removal. All garbage and unwanted items must be removed before service.
Communication Consent
By providing your contact information and using our services, you consent to receive service-related communications from Vegas Mop Bosses, including appointment reminders, service updates, and promotional offers by email, text, or other electronic means.
You may opt out of promotional communications at any time. Opting out does not remove your responsibility for cancellation fees, no-show fees, or scheduled appointments.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for securing pets, providing access to the property, turning off alarm systems, and disclosing any hazards or special instructions before service.
Customers must ensure move-in/move-out properties are ready for cleaning, including removing personal belongings, garbage, and unwanted items.
Customers consent to before and after photos for quality control and marketing. No personal or identifiable information will be displayed without explicit consent.
House Temperature: Please keep your home/building at a comfortable temperature for working conditions.
Liability
Vegas Mop Bosses is bonded, licensed, and insured. We are not liable for damages or loss unless caused by negligence on our part.
Customers should secure valuable or fragile items before cleaning.
Damage Claims
Any claims for damage must be reported within 24 hours of the cleaning service. We will investigate the claim and determine the appropriate course of action.
Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with the result, please contact us within 24 hours of service completion. We do not offer cash refunds or discounts; instead, we provide a redo service.
Non-Solicitation
During the term of this agreement and for 12 months thereafter, you agree not to solicit or hire any staff member introduced to you by Vegas Mop Bosses. A referral fee of $25,000 will be due immediately upon personal contracting and/or employment of the staff member.
Gift Certificates
Gift certificates are non-refundable, have no cash value, are fully transferable, and are valid for one year from the date of purchase.
Promotions
Promotional offers cannot be combined with any other offers or discounts. Frequency discounts do not apply to move-in/move-out cleaning services.
Inclement Weather
We prioritize the safety of our staff. In extreme weather, we may reschedule your cleaning if necessary.
Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement with written notice. Booking and cancellation fees may still apply. Any payment owed shall be due at the time this agreement is terminated.
Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy and will not disclose personal information to third parties without consent. Information provided to us will be used solely for delivering our cleaning services.
Changes to Terms and Conditions
Vegas Mop Bosses reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time.
